Summary
Bitmap Viewer is giving a "No valid license" message.
Symptoms
Unable to view because the license is not picked up from the server.
Solution
Make sure that the System Controller is installed.
- For previous versions of Network License Manager, go to Programs > System Controller > License Client Configuration.
For the latest versions of Network License Manager, open the Network License Manager and go to Tools > License Client Configuration. - Enter the License server name.
You should now be able to view files in Bitmap Viewer.
