Bitmap Viewer is giving a "No valid license" message.
Unable to view because the license is not picked up from the server.
Make sure that the System Controller is installed.
For previous versions of Network License Manager, go to Programs > System Controller > License Client Configuration. For the latest versions of Network License Manager, open the Network License Manager and go to Tools > License Client Configuration.
Enter the License server name.
You should now be able to view files in Bitmap Viewer.
