KB159847086: ArtPro - A new version from Artpro got installed, but a certain plugin is not available

A new version from ArtPro got installed, but the plugin I'm using in an older version is not available. Where to download this plugin?

Answer

There are four plugins being installed by default, next to ArtPro (Applications/Artpro x.x/Plugins):

Bearebar.bundle
Emscode.bundle
Gallus.bundle
MarkAndy.bundle

If you have other plugins installed on your older version of ArtPro, you'll have to place a new version of this bundle next to the new version of ArtPro.

Those bundles are not available for download. You can request a compatible bundle via Customer Support (http://help.esko.com/contact).
