Summary

On the Mac, one or more of the tool palettes is not showing up when it is turned on.

Symptoms

  1. Open i-cut Preflight.
  2. Under the Windows menu, a Palette is turned on but is not showing up on the desktop.
  3. The Hide Palettes option is turned off.

Solution

  1. Quit i-cut Preflight.
  2. Browse to <harddrive> > User > Logged in User > Library > Preferences and delete the file named com.esko.icutPreflight.plist.
  3. Restart i-cut Preflight and all palettes should appear and be restored to their default locations.
