Since Suite 14, there are some changes in offline activation. What has changed?
Since Suite 14, the Activation Wizard will check whether you have an Internet connection (you don't have to select anything anymore).
If so, you will automatically follow the online activation procedure.
If not, you will first have the choice to re-check for an Internet connection, provide a proxy server or continue offline. If you choose Continue Offline, you follow the offline activation procedure.
If you have an Internet connection, but you want to force to follow the offline procedure, you can go to the License Manager > Help > License Manager Preferences and check the radio button Activate via another online computer.
