In the Pilot when clicking the file to view, the following error message appears "Failed to connect to server: Automation Engine".
No files will view on any Automation Engine client (Pilot) connections.
Restart the Application Server services on the Automation Engine PC.
Open the Automation Engine Client Diagnostics via Start > Programs > Esko > Automation Engine Client > Tools > Diagnostics).
Enter the name of the Automation Engine Server and click OK.
View diagnostics and note the Application Server Process ID in the PID column.
On the Automation Engine PC, start the Windows Task Manager (Right-click on Task bar and choose Start Task Manager).
Click on PID column and then Sort so that the PID numbers are arranged in numeric order. Browse to the corresponding PID number as mentioned in step 3. Highlight this process and then click the End Process button.
