How do you load (a ticket) as reference via SmartName?


  1. Add a Task to the workflow canvas of the Type you will select based on a SmartName variable. This is the Task that you need to choose dynamically based on your conditions.
  2. Right-click the task in the canvas, and in the fly-out menu select Load ticket.... You will be presented with a list of all Default and Custom tickets of that Type.
  3. Enter the SmartName and any needed static text to comprise the name of the Ticket when fully resolved. The resolved result must match an existing Ticket name of the chosen Type when the workflow is run. Else expect the error: "Problem loading ticket ... :ENoSuchTicket".
