After adding a Saved Search (using Search Template with a name containing spaces) as a Menu item using the Menu Builder, clicking the link for this Menu item results in either of the following error message:

  • "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".
  • "The webpage cannot be found - HTTP 404".


Execute the same Saved Search elsewhere, from the standard 'Saved Searches' menu for instance, and results can be saved to an Excel file as expected.


Check the name of your Saved Search and Saved Search Template. If either of them contain spaces, this is likely to be the cause of the problem. 

Rename both the Saved Search and the Template (Excel file) names so they no longer contain any spaces.
