When double clicking the Dispatcher icon, nothing happens.
The program doesn't start after clicking the Dispatcher icon, although on the Task Manager the Dispatcher.exe is running.
A possible cause is a wrong remote license server name. To solve the problem, open the License Client Configurator and correct the license server name.
I saw another case with the same behavior, where the Windows user which runs the Dispatcher, did not have access on the \\AE-server-name\bg_data_cms_v010 folder. (Select Server pointed to AE-server-name). There the solution was to make sure the logged in Windows user (of the Dispatcher server) has access on the folder.
