Summary

In the Proof ticket, the Rotation option is missing. 

Symptoms

If the horizontal size of a file is larger than the defined size in the Output Device, you need to rotate the files.

This is possible in the Proof ticket under General tab. But the visibility of this option depends on the Configuration you have selected in the Output tab.

The Rotation option will not be available if the option Minimal media consumption was enabled in the Proof Client workflow.

Solution

  1. Go to the Esko Proof Client and System Manager.
  2. Select the workflow that has been set as Configuration Set in the Output tab of the Proof ticket.
  3. On the right side under the Layout tab > Layer options, select any option other than Minimal media consumption and the rotation option will be visible in the Proof ticket.
