Symptoms

The HD Flexo Screens application will not launch. The following error message appears:

Solution

This screenshot shows an error with HD Flexo Screens on FlexRipC (not Imaging Engine). FlexRipC uses the bg_data_screens_v010 on the FlexRipC computer by default.  

  1. Make a copy of this directory as a backup.
  2. Uninstall the Screens from the FlexRipC computer (go to Start > Programs > EskoScreen Data 1.0 > Remove Screen data). 
  3. Once the screens are uninstalled, install the screens again from the Imaging Engine/FlexRip DVD/ISO
  4. Once installed, try to open the HD Flexo Screens application and verify it is working. If so, you can copy the screens back into the bg_data_screens_v010 directory.
If this message appears on the Imaging Engine PC, the Screen Data 2.0 will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled on the Automation Engine Server.
