Symptoms
The HD Flexo Screens application will not launch. The following error message appears:
Solution
This screenshot shows an error with HD Flexo Screens on FlexRipC (not Imaging Engine). FlexRipC uses the bg_data_screens_v010 on the FlexRipC computer by default.
Make a copy of this directory as a backup.
Uninstall the Screens from the FlexRipC computer (go to Start > Programs > Esko > Screen Data 1.0 > Remove Screen data).
Once the screens are uninstalled, install the screens again from the Imaging Engine/FlexRip DVD/ISO.
Once installed, try to open the HD Flexo Screens application and verify it is working. If so, you can copy the screens back into the bg_data_screens_v010 directory.
If this message appears on the Imaging Engine PC, the Screen Data 2.0 will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled on the Automation Engine Server.
