How are Esko software subscriptions renewed?
Answer
All Esko software subscriptions are renewed automatically at contract renewal date.
- If you have a yearly plan, your subscription is renewed every year.
- You will receive a reminder when your contract is about to renew.
- If you have a monthly plan, your subscriptions is renewed every month.
You can always check the contract renewal date of your subscription online:
- Sign in to esko.com.
- Go to My store account > My Software Subscriptions.
- Per order, you can check the contract renewal date and the latest status of your order.
Do you want to cancel your subscription?
If you want to stop using your Esko software, you can cancel your subscription online at any moment.
