Question

What to do if your Esko subscription expires?

Answer

If everything goes well, your subscription won't expire unless you've cancelled it:

  • Your subscription is always valid for the period you've paid for (a month or a year) and renews automatically when you've made the payment for the next period.
  • For security reasons, you need to connect at least once a month to the Esko license server (even if you have a subscription for a year).

If you get a warning that your subscription is about to expire or expired and you did not cancel your subscription
