When you try to install a software after downloading it from mysoftware.esko.com, the following error occurs:
An error (-5005 : 0x80070001) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Esko (http://www.esko.com).
Other software has installed without issues. This installer looks normal, but products do not install. If the Installation Wizard does start, you may see this error instead: "EGSETUPDATA - No message".
This error could be related to the ISO that was downloaded. The ISO file could be corrupt or not fully downloaded.
