Normally you should receive your e-mail with your licenses shortly after we've registered the payment of the first subscription period.

  • If you pay via credit card, this means you receive your licenses within 30 minutes.
  • If you pay via wire transfer, it might take a couple of days until we've registered your payment. Your subscription only starts on the date we've registered your payment.

If you didn't receive any e-mail (please also check your spam folder), what can you do?


Your subscription licenses are always available on our online self-service portal, My Store Account.

  1. Sign in to
  2. Go to My store account > My Software Subscriptions, select the order and click Manage subscription.
  3. If your licenses have been created, they are available here, together with a download link of the software.
