KB174668928: DeskPack - After launching workflow files won't return to original folder

Summary

When launching workflow from DeskPack, files are not returning to the original folder.

Symptoms

• File stays in the DeskPack Container.
• The DeskPack Normalize Ticket is set to output into [FileURL].

Solution

Shuttle will only return files when used with Jobs.

[FileURL] isn't the URL of the Adobe^® Illustrator^® file. Unfortunately, that is not how this SmartName works.

When launching a workflow from Adobe^® Illustrator^®, the Normalized PDF that gets created from Adobe^® Illustrator^® will always first land in the DeskPackContainer. This will be the actual [FileURL].
