KB174669446: WebCenter - Attribute Info icon has white background

Summary

The Info icon, which can be used in an Attribute Category, has a strange white background or border instead of having a transparent background like in previous versions.

Symptoms

For any Attribute, if an Info HTML page is added to the grid layout, an Info icon is displayed. The icon may seem to have a white space or border which does not look very nice.

Solution

This issue is resolved in newer releases.

Workaround

To fix the issue immediately, copy this gif file into the following folder on the WebCenter Web Server: \\WebServer\tomcat\webapps\[WEBCENTER INSTANCE]\images.
