Summary

When you buy a subscription for Esko software (ArtiosCAD, ArtPro+, Cape, DeskPack, Studio), we send you an email with the information to get started. In case you didn't receive the email, you can find all information here.

Solution

If you have purchased the software and you will use the subscription yourself

If someone else has purchased the subscription, and you want to use it

1. Ask your administrator to go to mysoftware.esko.com and assign a subscription to your email address.
   1. If there are no subscriptions available under 'Unassigned', the administrator first need to unassign a subscription from 'Assigned desktop'.
2. You'll receive an email that a subscription is assigned
   1. If you don't have an Esko ID yet, that email also contains a link to create your Esko ID, or you can create one here.
      

If you have purchased the software and want to send the subscription to someone else

1. Go to mysoftware.esko.com and assign the subscription(s) to your user(s).
2. All users will automatically receive an email with instructions and a download link.
