In the case something is wrong with the output from the DFS or CDI Merger, global support need as much information as possible. Very often global support or R&D needs to ask for more files because the problem cannot be reproduced.
To make this much easier the function "Save job for support" should be used. The Merger creates a zip file with all important files Esko needs to reproduce the problem.
Procedure
Load the job with the issue.
Click Save job for support in the Options drop down menu:
A message box will appear where the path to the created zip files is shown:
Send this zip file to the Esko support. All positioned images, xl-cut workflows, plate type information, drum type information and much more is saved.
