In some cases, PDFPLA files created with S&R Tabular ticket will lose some elements from the 1up.

  • The PDFPLA misses certain elements from the original 1up.
  • Some spot inks used with opacity masks measure different density values in PackEdge compared with Plato.

This hotfix makes prior hotfix 201704022 obsolete.

Installation Instructions

Close PackEdge-Plato 16.0.2 before installing this hotfix.

Stop the master Automation Engine 16.0.2 Server (and assistants/standins if any). Install the hotfix on the server(s) and restart (them).

What is a Hotfix?
