Summary

Expansion fails due to restricted license for font.

Symptoms

A file created with a font that has a license that allows "preview and print" fails to expand because the font cannot be embedded.

Set up a file for VDP printing using Dynamic VDP. In the Dynamic VDP palette you will get an error stating: ""Font Name" font has a restricted license and cannot be used to embed new characters".

If you try to expand the file it will fail with the same error.

This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches.

Installation Instructions

Make sure Adobe Illustrator is not running. Double-click the disk image to mount it and proceed with the installer found inside.
