KB218108630: Cape Pack - Cannot Print Custom Reports

Summary

When trying to print a report for a Pallet Load layout there is no option to print a Custom Report.

After calculating and saving a CAPE Load file, the option to "Print Custom Report (Word)" is missing: File > Print Custom Report (Word)

In order for this option to appear in the menu, Microsoft Word must be installed on the same workstation as Cape Pack.
