Symptoms

Save and open in Automation Engine Pilot does not select the file in Automation Engine Pilot.

Solution

Problem can be caused by computername and hostname not being the same.

You can check this in command window usinng the following commands:

  1. Hostname can be checked by typing:
    hostname
  2. Computername can checked by typing:
    Set COMPUTERNAME
