Gang Run Printing: Improved handling of CAD objects (from normalized PDF files) in gang run nesting and cutting export.

Symptoms

Gang Run Printing: CAD objects (from normalized PDF files) may not be treated correctly, causing in (very) specific circumstances the nesting and the resulting Export Nested Layouts task to either:

Fail without any error message.
Cause an offset or generate double lines in the exported MFG for cutting
