KB278777439: Hotfix 201903060 for Automation Engine 18.1

Summary

Create ArtiosCAD Layouts: Creating layouts from designs in an Enterprise context doesn't put the proper name of the embedded designs in the resulting MFGs.

Symptoms

In an ArtiosCAD Enterprise environment, and when creating MFG files from designs using the "Create ArtiosCAD Layouts" task, the embedded design names do not point to the original ones in ArtiosCAD Enterprise anymore. A temporary name seems to be used instead.
As a result, when sending over the generated MFGs to WebCenter, no information about the embedded designs is available and they cannot be found back in WebCenter.
