Summary

Incorrect Primary Pack and consequently Bundle dimensions.

Symptoms

Arrange/Design Group Analysis with Box/Bag/Bottle enabled with Bundle Input, Bulge and Bulge Percentage. When setting a negative/positive value for Bulge in Percentage, the Primary Pack and consequently the Bundle dimensions come out wrongly.
