Summary
Automation Engine Viewer gives error when viewing certain .ai files or PDF files.
The file contains RGB image(s) and color mapping.
Symptoms
Viewer shows this error.
Cannot read image parameters for filename.ai Cannot retrieve image parameters because: File \\server\path\filename.ai could not be opened. Error: Ink <PANTONE 3521 C> is not found in the Book <PANTONE+ Coated Master> specified in XMP. Forcing unregistered. Missing halftone information in the Normalized PDF file. Normally Normalized PDF files always have screening information. Ink <PGWhiteA> is not found in the Book <designer> specified in XMP. Forcing unregistered.
With PDF files:

Solution
Problem is caused by RGB images. These are not supported in the old brix kernel.
Configuring the new NDL kernel of ArtPro+ for the Viewer solves the issue.
- Go to Pilot > Tools > Configure > Viewer.
- Choose As in ArtPro+ for Viewer settings.
