Summary

Windows Server 2016: Bitmap Viewer crash dump files fill up the hard disk.

Symptoms

On Windows Server 2016 (and possibly later), as a not-Administrative user, Bitmap Viewer errors when closing and writes a (Java) crash dump file. As these are large, they can fill up the hard disk where Bitmap Viewer is installed.
