Summary

Flexo CTP > Plate Merger: Merging may fail for specific plate types when submitting plates to be imaged with XPS Crystal UV technology.

Symptoms

Even though the plate type used supports XPS Crystal UV, press plates using this technology get rejected in the Merge Queue with "The press plate's imaging technology 'XPS Crystal UV' is not available for plate type 'plate type name' on 'devicename')".

According to the DFS/Grapholas Merger manual, the merged plate can be sent to the device using XPS Crystal UV successfully.
