KB395452937: WebCenter - CHILI Editor cannot be (fully) loaded

Summary

Even though the CHILI setup looks correct, my CHILI editor is not loading, or only loading partially (without controls).

Symptoms

• CHILI Setup page shows that everything is fine.
• You get the following problem:
  • The CHILI Editor fails to load.
    OR
  • The CHILI Editor loads, but the controls and/or save options are not shown.

Solution

• Check if the share you're using in the CHILI Setup page is accessible from the CHILI server.
• Check if the flag "CHILI Cloud Connection" is configured correctly
  • When your CHILI Server is hosted by CHILI Publish, this should be turned on. If you have your own CHILI Server, this should be turned off.
• Check if the flag "Use REST API" is configured correctly
  • We recommend to disable the flag for a CHILI server with version below 6.0.
  • We recommend to enable the flag for a CHILI server with version 6.0 or above
