Summary

Deep Zoom mode does not work correctly when Approval Stamps are enabled

Symptoms

  • When customer tries to enable deep zoom mode in the viewer, it opens the approval stamp instead of the actual file.
  • Correct file is not viewed in Viewer when enabling Deep Zoom Mode, instead it opens the approval stamp.
  • This only happens when approval stamp is enabled on the system.
