Question

How to only show To Do items in the To Do List view that were not created today?

Answer

  1. In the Automation Engine Pilot, go to the To Do List view.
  2. Go to File > Find or press Command-F keys on Mac or Ctrl-F keys on Windows.
  3. The scope bar to filter the items in the To Do List appears.
  4. Click the - button to remove the first and only criterion.
  5. Hold the Alt key and click the button.
  6. In the drop-down menu that appears, select None instead of Any.
  7. In the first drop-down menu of the first criterion, select Created date as the value to filter on.
  8. In the second drop-down menu of the first criterion, select today.
  9. The To Do List now shows only the To Do items that were not created today.
  10. To save this filter, click the Save button.
  11. Enter a name for the filter.
  12. If you want, you can also create a new Smart View for this filter. To do this, click Add to my views bar.
  13. Click the Save button to save the filter and/ or add the new Smart View.
