Summary

When you normalize a PDF file that has text rotated in Adobe^® Acrobat^®, the rotation could be ignored.

Symptoms

In Adobe^® Acrobat^®, define a textbox as rotated by 90 degrees. When you normalize the file, you'll see that the textbox stays rotated, however, the text itself doesn't.
