Summary

Automation Engine Pilot is not showing any of the RIP tickets for a specific RIP (e.g. RIP to Screened file, RIP to CDI).

Symptoms

The RIP tickets are not shown in the Pilot's Tickets view.

In the Pilot > Tools > Configure, when you open the FlexRip type and try to synchronize, the synchronization fails.

Solution

  1. Make sure the corresponding FlexRip dispatcher is launched.
  2. Once the dispatcher is launched, close and restart the Pilot.

You should now see the RIP tickets for this dispatcher.
