Summary

Unable to process the jobs, cannot connect to Server.

Solution

Make sure the Server is configured in the Shuttle.

To configure the Server, follow the steps given below:

  1. Open the Shuttle. Go to Preferences and then double click the server listed.
  2. In the fly-out window, type the correct Server Address and Server Port details and click Apply.
