KB76727692: Hotfix 70 for i-cut Layout 12.0

Summary

During Export Production files, while exporting the PDF file for cutting the alias names of the PDF layers are ignored.

Symptoms

Export Production files does not honor custom layer name in 'Cut' PDF. When the Cut layer name is entered in to a customized name on Export Production files, the PDF layer name remains the default 'Cut'.
