KB78613538: FastImpose - My old .LC marks does not work

Question

My old .LC (Line Contour) marks will not work in FastImpose any more, why not?

Answer

We no longer support LC files.

If the LC file has been used as mark in a plate / template you still can use the interactive tool Conversion grs template folder to PDF. The result is a single color PDF file.

Replace the LC in your IMP file and all the templates (also the default.imp) with the newly generated PDF file.

Since FastImpose 12.1, the tool Convert Single GRS template or Convert GRS template folder can be found in the FastImpose Menu tools.
