Summary
When importing a PS/PDF file, you only get an empty ArtPro document.
Symptoms
The document is empty with no artwork after the import.
Solution
- Go to ArtPro > Preferences or use the shortcut #K key.
- Check the Limit memory to value on the General > Import tab.
This should not be higher than 1GB (or the equivalent: 1024MB). Recommended value is 500MB, maximum value is 1GB.
ArtPro 12.1.1 and higher will no longer allow values higher than 1024MB.
