Summary

ArtPro 10.1.x doesn't run after activating 12.x license key.

Symptoms

ArtPro 10.1, 10.1.1 or 10.1.2 quits after a few minutes.

Solution

After upgrading to ArtPro 12.x licenses and depending on your license setup, you might encounter issues running ArtPro 10.1, 10.1.1 or 10.1.2. These versions of the software may quit after a few minutes.

If this is the case, please download ArtPro 10.1.3 from the Download Center. This version is based on ArtPro 10.1.2 but contains a fix for this situation.
