Summary

Viewer does not start and gives error.

Symptoms

The following error appears when starting the Viewer: "Problem starting the Viewer: viewer cannot be initialized".

Solution

  1. Logon to the server admin web server (http://ae-server:9999).
  2. Click Status Overview.
  3. Click the Start button in the Application Server section.

The viewer will now work again.
