KB87953993: Automation Engine - Can you still change a sub-task's parameters in a workflow, after you already launched a file

Question

Sometimes the you may want to launch a workflow with modified settings. Can you still adjust sub-task's parameters when a workflow task has already been launched for a file?

Answer

You can no longer modify sub-task's parameters after a file has been submitted to a workflow. If you want to use different parameters, you first need to cancel the running workflow task and then launch the workflow again with the modified parameters.
