Unable to see SmartMarks from the server in Plato.


When opening a file in Plato, you go to Production > SmartMarks > Load set... but you do not see the SmartMarks from the server.


  1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Server&Resources tab.
  2. Make sure Plato is connected to the server and click Check.
  3. Close Plato and relaunch.
  4. You can check resources under Edit > Preferences > Server&Resources tab, click Show Location of Data Resources and make sure the path is to the server and not a local path.
