My Favorites in Pilot are gone, how do I get them back?


The Favorites in Pilot are User dependent, so each user will see different favorites. If the user logs onto Pilot with a different User than normal, the favorites normally seen will be gone.

First, check if the User that is logged onto Pilot is the correct user. If so, the favorites will need to be added again by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the ticket view.
  2. Right-click the ticket/workflow and select "Add to Favorites".
