Where should the Imaging Engine 14 license licenses be activated?

Answer

The Imaging Engine 14 and Screen licenses need to be activated on the Automation Engine Server (or on a central license server if different from the Automation Engine Server) because the screen licenses need to be accessible from both Imaging Engine and Automation Engine. So the License Client Configuration on the Imaging Engine computer should point to the Automation Engine Server (or the central license server).
