You have assigned a Custom menu to one of the users in WebCenter, however it is not displayed as you expected.
Symptoms
Certain menu items are missing.
A completely different menu is showing.
Solution
When loading a user's menu, WebCenter always looks for the most specific setting. This means, you need to keep the following sequence of priority in mind:
1. User
If a User menu has been defined in the user's profile, the assigned menu will be used. The ability to access different WebCenter pages through the menu, depends on the rights given to the user.
2. Company
If a User menu has not been defined, WebCenter looks for a Company menu. If the company of a user has a menu defined and the user does not have a Custom menu assigned, the Company menu is used.
3. Default
If no User or Company menu has been assigned to the user, the Default menu is used.
