Description
How to make artwork panels and bleed panels ignore perf rules? This will work for other rule types that can conceptually be used as a crease or tear type. The picture below highlights an area where two panels are created when only one may be desired.
Procedure
- Select the lines you wish the tool to ignore.
- Right-click and select Properties.
- Navigate to the 3D tab (if the 3D tab does not exist, this will not work).
- Set the line attribute to Indent Only.
- Click OK.
- Convert the design to 3D.
- Navigate back to the 2D design and use the desired tool.
