Question
Normally you should receive your e-mail with your licenses shortly after we've registered the payment of the first subscription period.
If you pay via credit card, this means you receive your licenses within 30 minutes.
If you pay via wire transfer, it might take a couple of days until we've registered your payment. Your subscription only starts on the date we've registered your payment.
If you didn't receive any e-mail (please also check your spam folder), what can you do?
