My subscription license expired but I renewed the subscription, how can it be refreshed to show the new expiration date? When the original license file is activated again, it fails with an error message about the license being expired.
The expired subscription license needs to be selected and deactivated. Once deactivated, the original license key can be activated again. The new expiration date will appear in the License Manager.
This applies only for an HTML license key in the local license manager. It does not apply to “Named User” subscriptions.
