The following are the minimum system requirements for Studio 16.1. Exceeding these requirements will in most cases lead to a performance increase. Running Studio on a system that does not meet these requirements is not supported.

Minimum requirements for Studio for Mac

| Internet connection | 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet, TCP/IP v4 protocol, TCP/IP v6 protocol is not supported. |
| Software Dependency | Studio requires Adobe® Illustrator® CS6, CC 2015 (19), CC 2015.3 (20), or CC 2017 (21). From Studio 16.1.2 onwards, CC 2015 (19) is no longer supported, CC 2018 (22) is supported. (*) 3D PDFs from Studio Designer require Adobe® Reader 8.1 or newer for viewing. Studio Designer is also available in ArtPro 10 or newer. |
| Minimum screen resolution | The Studio Toolkit application needs a screen resolution of at least 1680 by 1050 pixels. |
| Virtualization | Use within Parallels Desktop, VMware® Fusion® or any other virtualized environment is NOT supported. |

These are standard limitations encountered when connecting to a Mac® OS X server from Windows workstations or servers. They are related to losing resource forks of the MAC®-application data when a Windows® component moves or copies data. | ||
