Is there a way to retrieve or reset the administrator password of network administrator?

Answer

To reset the administrator password, login to Cape Pack using the default "Network Administrator" password and follow this procedure:

1. Open the Network Administrator by launching CAPE Pack application and selecting "Open Network Administrator" from the File menu. Or, via Start > All Programs > Open Network Administrator.
2. Login using the default password.
3. Click the Maintain System Parameters icon.
   
4. At the bottom, you will see the Password field which will show the Default password. Change it to your desired password and click OK.
