Description

Automation Engine allows you to set various access rights for different users.

Solution

  1. Log in to Automation Engine Pilot.

    Note

The user should have admin rights to set access rights for all other users.

  2. Go to the Tools > Users menu.
  3. In the Users window, click Access Rights.
  4. The different types of Access Rights are displayed in the resulting list.
  5. Click an Access Right to view which users have what rights.
  6. If you want to enable a certain Access Right to a user, just click the checkbox next to the name of that user.

Unchecking the box will disable the rights of the user.

You can repeat these steps to enable or disable any other Access Right to either provide or block it to users.
More information on this topic can be found in the Automation Engine user guide.
